Wednesday, July 1 - Rewriting CARE's Bylaws

Su Tao Cafe', Great Valley Shopping Center, 81 Lancaster Avenue, Malvern, PA 19355 We will have a meeting for any members who wish to help rewrite CARE's bylaws to steer the organization's future direction. We need a head count; e-mail us or call 484-631-7878. Please reserve by June 30.

Saturday, August 8 - Pool Party and Potluck
4pm, Malvern, PA

Come for a fun summer pool party and vegan potluck, with a video viewing of "Processed People." Each person should bring a vegan dish that serves at least 8 people. RSVP to Betsy at 610.889.2022.

7pm, Phoenixvile Public Library

Join CARE every third Wednesday of the month at the Phoenixville Public Library (Main St. and Second Ave., Phoenixille, PA) for a "Food and the Planet" talk and information session. E-mail us or call 484-631-7878 to reserve your spot or for more information. Details on September's meeting to come.

Sunday, September 13 - Info Table at Greenfest Philly
11am-6pm, Center City, Phila., PA.

CARE President, Allison Geiger, will be one of the speakers at this event. Volunteers for our table are needed as early as 9am. Any time you can give is much appreciated. This event drew over 25,000 people last year. E-mail us or call 484-631-7878 if you can volunteer.

Sunday, September 20 - Tour of Chenoa Manor and Activist Training
11am-1pm, Avondale, PA

The tour and training session will be followed by an optional dinner at PF Chang's restaurant for anyone who is interested (please order only vegan items at this non-vegan restaurant).
